Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Newport Beach Office Phone Number 949-640-0020. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your dental insurance coverage.
We generate billing statements monthly. Most dental insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks after receiving a dental insurance claim. Please call our office if your billing statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance company has paid its contracted portion is your responsibility; any excess fees collected will be automatically reimbursed to you.
The following list contains dental insurance companies with which Dr. Angell is currently contracted. Due to the nature of the business world, we are also inadvertently contracted with other unknown dental insurance companies via third party negotiations. As a result, your dental insurance company may not be listed below but we would be pleased to research potential affiliations. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
